១. សេចក្តីផ្តើម អង្គការសម្ព័ន្ធភាពដើម្បីអភិរក្សធនធានជលផល (FACT) ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើងនៅឆ្នាំ២០០០ និងបានចុះបញ្ជីជាមួយ ក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃនៅឆ្នាំ២០០៣។ អង្គការ FACT បង្កើតឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ការអភិរក្សធនធានជលផល និងជីវៈចម្រុះ និងលើកកម្ពស់ស្ថានភាពរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជានេសាទនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា តាមរយះការពង្រឹងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធនានាលើផ្នែកជលផល។ អង្គការ FACT សូមអញ្ជើញ ក្រុមហ៊ុន ឬក្រុមអ្នកម៉ៅការសាងសង់ផ្សារអេកូបណ្តែតទឹកនេះ ដែលមានបទពិសោធន៍ ទាក់ទងនឹងការសាងសង់អាគារ ផ្សារ ឬផែបណ្តែតទឹកធំៗ ដើម្បីចូលរួមដាក់ពាក្យដេញថ្លៃ ដោយបំពេញឯកសារ និងភ្ជាប់ឯកសារដែលបញ្ជាក់ពី ភាពស្របច្បាប់ (បើជាស្ថាប័ន/ក្រុមហ៊ុន) បទពិសោធន៍ការងារជាក់ស្តែងនៅសហគមន៍បណ្តែតទឹកបឹងទន្លេសាប និងគុណសម្បត្តិរបស់ស្ថាប័ន/ក្រុមហ៊ុន ឬក្រុមម៉ៅការរបស់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីធ្វើការវាយតម្លៃក្នុងការទទួលសិទ្ធិសាងសង់ផ្សារអេកូបណ្តែតទឹក ដែលមានព៌តមានសម្អិតនៅក្នុងទម្រង់ឯកសារសម្រង់តម្លៃ។ ផ្សារនេះ ជាផ្សារអេកូបណ្តែតទឹក ដែលត្រូវបានសាងសង់ឡើង ដើម្បីជួយសម្រួលដល់ប្រជានេសាទក្នុងមូលដ្ឋាន និងលើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាពរបស់ពួកគាត់ តាមរយៈលក់ផលិតត្រី និងកសិផល ផ្សេងៗ ដូចជាត្រីងៀត ត្រីឆ្អើរ ប្រហុក ផ្អក ទឹកឃ្មុំ កាបូបនិងវត្ថុអនុស្សាវីរីយ៍ដែលកែឆ្នៃកំប្លោកនិងអនុផលព្រៃលិចទឹកផ្សេងៗទៀត ចំណីអាហារ។ ផ្សារអេកូបណ្តែតទឹកនេះ ក៏នឹងដើរតួយ៉ាងសំខាន់ និងដោយផ្ទាល់នៅក្នុងការជម្រុញដល់សេវាអេកូទេសចរណ៍ និងការចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការគាំទ្រសកម្មភាពអភិរក្សធនធានជលផលរបស់សហគមន៍នេសាទឃុំព្រៃចាស់។ ២. ទីតាំងសាងសង់៖ ផ្សារអេកូបណ្តែតទឹកនេះ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងឃុំព្រៃចាស់ ស្រុកឯកភ្នំ ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង។ ៣. ព័ត៌មានទាក់ទងនឹងផ្សារអេកូបណ្តែតទឹក៖ ផ្សារអេកូបណ្តែតទឹកនេះ ជាប្រភេទផ្សារបណ្តែតទឹក មានកំពស់ ១ជាន់ (ជាន់ជាប់ទឹក) និងផ្គុំដោយអាគារបណ្តែតទឹក ចំនួន ២ ដោយអាគារនីមួយៗ ធ្វើពីដែក និងក្រាលក្តារឈើគគីរ ហើយ អាគារនីមួយៗ មាន៖ តួអាគារបណ្តែតទឹក មានទទឹង ១២ម៉ែត្រxបណ្តោយ ២៤ម៉ែត្រ (កម្ពស់ដំបូល ៣.៥០ម៉ែត្រ […]
